Refund and Cancellation Policy

What happens if something goes wrong with an order or a session.

Digital downloads (playbooks, templates, reports, kits)

Because digital files can be copied once delivered, all sales are final once the files have been delivered. We will refund or replace your order if the file is defective, cannot be opened, or was not delivered, provided you contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@procademai.com.

AI skills and subscriptions

Skills delivered as downloads follow the digital download rule above. For annual access, you can cancel renewal at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period, except as the law requires.

Working Sessions and consulting time

You may reschedule a booked session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice we will refund your payment in full. Inside that window, or if you do not attend, the session is treated as delivered, unless we are the cause. If we cancel, we will reschedule or refund in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. Sales tax is refunded with the product. Email hello@procademai.com with your order number.
