Graphic: What a month of conversations taught me. Thank you to everyone who messaged PARADOX this month. Here is what you told me, and what I'm doing next.

This month I shared the research behind the report, one post every weekday. Thank you to everyone who commented, messaged PARADOX and pushed back.

Three things I was able to extract from what you told me:

  1. The findings of the report do not apply to everyone equally.
  2. These problems, however different, exist from the same cause.
  3. The road will be iterative; with the right foundations, your success and progression through those iterations will be accelerated.

THE BIGGEST SURPRISE: Few are thinking about the human skill & function transformation. I.e., what NEXT-GEN Procurement actually functions like in the AI World. More to come on this point.

In my view, the thread running through all of it is simple. AI moves fastest in procurement where leaders invest in their people, not just the tools.

Next month I'm turning to Next-Gen Procurement.

Which of these matches what you're seeing on your team? Have you figured it all out yet?
